A nominal call-out fee applies for site visits within Colombo. This fee is waived if you proceed with the repair or installation service.
Can I schedule a site visit after hours?
Yes. We offer flexible scheduling including evening and weekend appointments for your convenience. Additional charges may apply for after-hours visits.
Do you bring all necessary tools and parts?
Yes. Our technicians arrive fully equipped with all necessary tools and commonly used parts. For specialized parts, we may need to order them and schedule a follow-up visit.
