Tecdex Pvt Ltd offers a range of technology services including but not limited to computer and laptop repair, network and ELV system integration, cybersecurity solutions, web and software development, cloud and email services, IT support and maintenance, and site visit services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Service Estimates and Pricing

All service estimates are provided after a thorough assessment of the issue. Diagnostic fees may apply and will be communicated upfront. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. We will always notify you and obtain approval before proceeding with any additional work. All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.

4. Warranty Policy

We provide a 30-day service warranty on labor and parts replaced for all repair services. This warranty covers the same issue recurring within the warranty period. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or issues caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications. Extended warranties may be available for certain parts and services upon request.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We take data protection seriously. While we take all reasonable precautions to protect your data during repairs and services, we strongly recommend that you back up all important data before handing over your device. Tecdex Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or damage that may occur during repairs or maintenance. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfers, and online payments. For large projects or custom development work, we may require a deposit or milestone-based payment schedule. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection fees.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel a service request before work has commenced without any charges. If work has already begun, you may be responsible for charges for time and materials used up to the point of cancellation. Refunds for deposits or prepayments are at our discretion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tecdex Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tecdex Pvt Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. For custom development projects, ownership of the final product is transferred upon full payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
